The Rest of February

I forgot to mention the other day that part of the blog break was taking a break from photographing all.the.things, to just try and enjoy the moment. I did manage to get a few pictures of the fun things we've been doing lately. Like,

playing catch in the yard,

playing (hard) at birthday parties

 being silly and enjoying the little things

 making "carpet angels" (and staring admiringly at big brother)

 And of course, preparing for our big soccer season. Z's starting U8 this year, and things are getting serious, hence the serious face, ha! I don't know if he's ready or not (the first practice didn't go so well), but we're going for it, weeknight practices and all...  

Here's hoping that serious face does him some good at his game this Friday.
